CLOWN MACBETH
RYUKYU CIRQUE / MAKOTO INOUE (JAPAN)
Returning to Prague for his fifth year, award-winning performer and director Makoto Inoue presents Clown Macbeth, a brand-new, non-verbal version of the Shakespeare classic. Taking its inspiration from the traditional dances of Okinawa – Japan’s most cultural and spiritual island, and the birthplace of Karate – the show is a physical fusion of Western and Eastern influences and genres.
